Title: Hot Couscous Breakfast

Yield: 1 Serving

1/4tsOrange peel; grated
1ozUncooked couscous (dry precooked semolina)
1/2ozToasted almonds, sliced
1tbHalf-and-half

In small saucepan combine 1/4 cup water and the orange peel and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

Transfer couscous to serving bowl; top with almonds and half-and-half. You could also sprinkle some cinnamon on top, if you like.
